From the simplest to the most complete.
Licences can be combined freely. For example: a Full Eronda for the manager, two Business for the salespeople, a Business Buy for the buyer and an Essential for the administration.
Terms
- Monthly subscription per licence, minimum 2 licences per company; licences can be combined freely.
- Tida, our AI assistant, is free: up to 150 questions per day during each user's first two weeks, then 20 questions per day per user. Eronda W is an option, in packs of 5 seats, with your own AI key.
- Ordering by purchase order signed online; the subscription term is stated on it. An added licence is billed for the full month; a removed licence stops at the end of the paid month.
- One licence = one person: one connection at a time, 3 devices at most. When an employee leaves, their licence moves to someone else, free of charge.
- Special offer until 31 December 2026: reduced prices, installation and commissioning free.
- Prices excluding tax, for businesses only. The country (France, Thailand or US LLC) is chosen at installation.
- Hosting, backups, updates and email support included.

How many licences do I need, and which ones?
One licence per person working in Eronda, with a minimum of 2 licences per company. Each licence is described by what it unlocks: Essential to sell, invoice and collect; Business to find and follow customers; Business Buy to buy, stock and deliver; Full Eronda for everything else, production and field service included. Those who only do their own work on the phone take a Simple licence, as soon as there is a Full Eronda in the company.
And my accountant?
Eronda gives them free access: one per company, for your external firm. They see everything without changing anything, set up the chart of accounts and do their exports. An accountant employed by your company takes a licence.
And artificial intelligence?
Tida, our AI innovation that explains Eronda to you, is free in all licences. Eronda W, which prepares the work and translates your documents, is an option, in packs of 5 seats. It works with your own AI key (Claude or ChatGPT, your choice): you pay for your usage directly. The details are on the assistants page.
And if I need a particular feature?
Our team develops it, for a fixed price or on a time basis. The setup of your installation is included.
Does my data belong to me?
Yes. Each company has its own encrypted database; an encrypted backup is made every night, and you can do a full export whenever you like. From 20 licences, Eronda can run on a server reserved for your company, free of charge.
