Complete production lines
Laser cutting, bending, welding, painting, assembly: designed, sized and integrated station by station, for a smooth flow and an optimised rate.
Equipment & suppliers
Machines consulted, compared, negotiated, accepted. New or second-hand depending on the budget.
Automation of production sites
Automation systems, software to manage stock and incoming/outgoing flows, product scanning, automated quality control and process control: built in from the design stage, not added afterwards.
Teams & organisation
Recruitment, training, procedures, indicators: a factory is first and foremost people who know what to do.
Site management
If you wish, ATARE runs the factory for the first years, or while your director is trained.
