What we do

ATARE replaces an absent manager or supports a manager in developing the business. Our directors have run factories and companies, and developed several production sites within large groups right through to their sale; our founder took charge of his first factory at 23. They are not consultants who observe: they are managers who know how to adapt to solve your problems.

Diagnosis in a few days

Taking up the position

Regular reviews, simple indicators, quick decisions. The manager stays in control, ATARE executes.
Handover
Successor trained, procedures written, tools in place. We leave when it runs without us.
