Privacy policy
Who is responsible for your data
ATARE LLC, 412 W 7th St, Clovis, NM 88101, United States, is the controller of the data collected on this site and from its clients. Although ATARE is a US company, we apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to persons located in the European Union, and the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) to persons located in Thailand.
For any question: contact@atare-llc.com.
The data we receive on this site
- Contact form: name, company, email, telephone, country, subject and message. The form is processed by our own site and sent by email to contact@atare-llc.com. It does not go through any external form or marketing service.
- Simulators: each page of our offers has its own simulator. Your choices stay in your browser, in session storage that is cleared when the tab is closed, until you send them with the contact form. Nothing is sent to us before then.
- Orders: we confirm your configuration, then you accept the order and our General Terms of Sale online. We keep the order, the date and time of your acceptance and the contact details of the person who gave it, as proof of the contract.
- Eronda demonstration request: your contact details and your line of business, to prepare a suitable demonstration.
- Direct messages: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or LINE.
- Virtual assistants on the site (artificial intelligence): your messages and the current conversation are sent to Anthropic (United States), which provides the Claude artificial intelligence, solely to produce the answer. The conversation is not recorded on our site: it stays in your browser for the duration of your visit. If you give the name of your company, the assistant may consult public information on the internet to answer you better. If you ask to be contacted, it sends us your contact details, your need and the conversation by email. To limit abuse, an anonymised hash of your IP address is used to count the questions of the day.
Our clients' data
- Client area: a page that gives you access to three services: Eronda, your website and your emails. Each service has its own login credentials.
- Payments: monthly subscriptions are collected by Stripe, our payment provider. Your bank details are entered and stored by Stripe, never by ATARE. Other services are paid by bank transfer.
- Our clients' websites and content: the texts, images and data you entrust to us are used only to carry out your project.
- Email and SMS campaigns: the contact files you entrust to us are used only for your campaigns. We process them on your behalf, with our sending providers, in accordance with the data processing agreement. You remain responsible for the origin of these contacts and for their right to receive your messages.
- Eronda: the data your company records in Eronda belongs to it. ATARE processes it on the company's behalf, in accordance with the data processing agreement signed with each client. This agreement lists our sub-processors and describes the export and deletion of the data.
- Eronda assistants: Tida, the built-in help, runs on Anthropic's artificial intelligence; it sees the user's screen only with the user's consent, and its exchanges are kept for 6 months. Eronda W runs on the client's own artificial intelligence key, under the client's own account.
- Eronda security: to protect the service, Eronda records log-ins (date, device, IP address), detects account sharing and spots abnormal reading, and applies a watermark with the user's name to screens and documents. This information is used only for security and licence compliance; the log-in log is deleted after 12 months.
Why we use your data
To answer you, study your project, carry out and invoice our services, ensure the security of our services and comply with our legal obligations. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for their own use.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries with no follow-up: at most three years after our last exchange.
- Clients, orders and proofs of acceptance: for the duration of the relationship, then for the period required by accounting and tax rules.
- Eronda data: in accordance with the data processing agreement (export possible at any time, deletion after the end of the contract).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising, no analytics tool and no social network pixel. The site's fonts and libraries are hosted on our own server: your browser does not contact Google or any other service to load them. The simulators use your browser's session storage, which is not a cookie. Only technical cookies may be set:
- the log-in cookies of the client area and of Eronda;
- the WordPress log-in cookies, for the site's administrators.
Third-party services
The WhatsApp and LINE buttons and QR codes open third-party applications (Meta, LINE Corporation), governed by their own privacy policies.
The videos in our articles are published on YouTube (Google). They are embedded with the youtube-nocookie.com domain and only load if you click on them: before that click, your browser does not contact YouTube. When you start a video, YouTube receives the playback data (including your IP address and the video watched) and may set its own cookies, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
Hosting and transfers
The site and Eronda are hosted by ATARE, on servers located in Singapore, with the help of technical hosting and security providers. ATARE works between the United States, France and Thailand, and some of our providers, including Anthropic and Stripe, are located in the United States: your data may therefore be processed outside the European Union and outside Thailand. We choose providers that undertake to protect it, and we limit what we send them to what is strictly necessary.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@atare-llc.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country: in France, the CNIL; in Thailand, the PDPC (Personal Data Protection Committee).
Our clients' confidentiality
We treat our clients' information confidentially. We name a client company only with its consent, and our testimonials remain anonymous. When we see an opportunity for collaboration between two clients, we never reveal the identity of one to the other without their written consent.
